The LED INSERTS are positioned at centre distances (usually between 250mm and 1,000 mm), which can be varied depending on the lighting level required. They are stainless steel and waterproof and therefore suitable for both interior and exterior applications. They also have excellent vandal resistance.
As they are individual units they can also be fitted into curved handrails and the placement of the lights will allow a continuous pathway of light, or if the design is more architectural or decorative, stepping stones of light.

Customisable LED Inserts for Any Application

- Directional LED Inserts: Fitted within the handrail, with adjustable angles for precise lighting.
- Asymmetric RAILled Inserts: Installed on the underside of the handrail, preset at the correct angle for optimal light placement. These inserts are vandal-resistant and waterproof, with an ingress protection rating of IP67 and an impact rating of IK10, ensuring long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Handrail diameters range between 42mm and 48mm, and our LED inserts consume only 1 watt of power. Their flexible design allows installation in curved or straight handrails with LED lighting, providing either continuous or intermittent lighting paths for a unique architectural effect.
